The paper investigated insights of telecommuting practices and trends in the digital transformation. Critical objectives were to find priorities behind developments, examine disruption technologies transform advance virtual teleworking practices, determine sustainable strategies programmes for arrangements, explore lessons learned future prospects from remote working practices. Teleworking have opened expanded economies business opportunities organizations worldwide. Trending innovations advancing knowledge economy include internet things, enterprise mobility, cloud solutions, blockchain. Robust technological infrastructure, management, communication, cultural trust are among top sustaining programmes. In post-COVID-19 world, is fundamental mandatory, therefore, leaders, people, organizations, professionals, communities a lot gain practice.
